Refund Policy

In case of dissatisfaction from any of the design services rendered by iFist Solutions, you can submit a refund request within five days of your initial designs completion. However, it will be assumed between both parties that you are satisfied with the initial designs if a refund request is not received within five days of initial designs submission. Refund policy is only applicable on services/packages that specifically mention money back guarantee on the website itself or on the invoice.

All refund requests will be processed in the following arrangement herewith:

* If refund request is made before design submissions, you will be eligible for a full Refund (less 10% service & processing fee).

* If refund request is made within 48 hours of the initial design delivery, you will be eligible for 66% refund (less 10% service & processing fee).

* If refund request is made beyond 48 hrs and under 120 hours of the initial design delivery, you will be eligible 33% refund (less 10% service & processing fee).

* No refund requests will be entertained after 120 hours of your initial design delivery, or if final design files have been shared with the customer. However, since we believe in 100% customer satisfaction you may contact us anytime via email or phone in case of any queries.

* All refund requests should be communicated to the Support department. iFist Solutions, based on the violation of your user agreement reserves the right to approve/disapprove your request on an individual case to case basis.
